WAIT TIME
How long will my garment take?
Made-to-order can take up to 4 weeks.
Pre-made orders will take up to 7 working days to arrive.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
Can I receive my garment sooner than 4 weeks?
If you need your garment for a special occasion, we will try our best to have it ready before then. Please get in touch before ordering to confirm if we can get it to you on time.
SIZING
What sizes do you cater for?
Here at Danni Rose we cater for all sizes. We highly recommend you add your bust, waist, hips and height measurements in the notes section at checkout.
If you choose not to add your measurements we will make your order to the standard size you have selected.
REFUNDS
What if I don't love my order?
Please read all of the information below regarding returns & exchanges.
Refunds
Made to order garments can not be refunded as we have made this especially for you. However, if your garment is faulty and cannot be repaired we will happily replace or refund you.
Exchanges
Pre-mades: If you have ordered one of our pre-made garments and don't feel it is 100% for you we can exchange this for store credit if the garment is returned unworn and its original condition.
Made-to-order: If you have ordered a custom garment and are not satisfied for any reason please get in touch. We can discuss an exchange for store credit.
Alterations
If you have ordered a custom design and provided your measurements but you are not satisfied with the fit, we will happily alter the garment, at no cost, to suit your needs.
If you have ordered and received a garment using the Danni Rose size guide and feel like you are in need of alterations, we can do this at a small cost.
GENERAL
Can I have a garment made in a different fabric than what you have to choose from?
Yes, absolutely! If you would love a custom garment in a different fabric just use the “custom design section”. Make sure you include a detailed description of what it is you are wanting and we will try our best to source this for you.
Can I order one of your original designs that are not featured on the website?
Yes! If you love any of our previous designs you can still order these by getting in touch. Make sure you include the garment name and we will happily create this for you.
